The Open Rate can be calculated by dividing the number of unique opens by the number of emails delivered, multiplied by 100. Open Rate is closely related to another metric called Click-Through Rate (CTR). While Open Rate measures the number of people who open your email, CTR focuses on those who take action after opening your message, such as clicking on a link or signing up for a product. However, while CTR is more precise in its measurement, it requires more effort from users than just opening an email and is therefore considered less reliable than Open Rate.
